30-Day Easy Returns
At Briar & Burl, we want every customer to feel confident and comfortable with their purchase. If your item isn’t quite right, we offer a straightforward and hassle-free return process.
Return Policy Overview
Return Window: You have 30 days from the day you received your order to initiate a return.
Condition: Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging.
Easy Returns: Our support team will guide you through each step of the process.
Territorial Scope: This Return and Refund Policy applies to purchases made in both Canada and the United States.
Return Costs
For Defective Products: No cost to you. This applies if your item is incorrect, damaged during shipping, or defective in any way.
For Customer Remorse (Change of Mind): You will be responsible for the actual cost of return delivery. This includes situations where you purchased the wrong item, the product does not fit your needs, or you no longer want the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Restocking Fee: We do not charge restocking fees.
How to Return an Item
Contact Us: Email support@briarandburl.com with your order number and reason for return.
Pack Your Item: Repack the item securely with all packaging, tags, accessories, and documentation.
Send It Back: Follow the instructions in your return authorization email and drop your package off at the designated shipping carrier location.
Refund Process
Inspection: Once your return arrives, we’ll inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria.
Refund: After inspection, refunds are processed within 7 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take an additional up to 7 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange your item for a different size, color, or product, simply reach out. Our team will help you complete your exchange quickly and easily.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may be listed as non-returnable. These will be clearly marked as such on their product pages.
